Our Process

 

1. Discover

We start with a conversation with you. We want to get to know you and your brand. Contact us and we’ll schedule a call to talk through your vision for the brand, what keeps you up at night, and what you hope to accomplish.

Once we get a better understanding of your brand and what you’d like to accomplish, we’ll put together a proposal of our approach that we believe would best fit your need to bring your brand vision to life. When our proposal is approved, we’ll send over a contract for your autograph to begin our journey together.

2. Immerse

We want to know everything about your brand. During this time, we immerse ourselves in your brand, your category, and your audience—get ready for us to ask “why?” a lot. We believe this is an important step before we start building our creative ideas.

We’ll kick things off by going over the history of your brand efforts, your audience, and items we will need to get started. We want to make sure everything starts off as smoothly as possible. Because like Adele, we’re about to get “Rolling in the Deep.”

3. Create & Launch

We’ll bring your brand story to life. This is the juicy, fun part of our journey. We will share our ideas and show you how the story for your brand will start to take shape.

When your brand story is ready to make its debut, this is when we package and deliver the final files for your brand to be shared with the world.

4. Analyze

We can get nerdy for you, too! Once your new brand story goes out into the world, we can analyze its performance to understand what’s working, what could be improved, and look for audience insights.

You bring the brand vision. We’ll bring the storytelling and identity.
